WANTED: Media Officer

A nonprofit organization based in Quezon City are looking for a part time Media Officer to:

• Manage a once a month press conference.
• Write weekly press releases or press statements.
• Ensure coverage of the event/topic featured in the press conference for the month.

The position calls for an individual with a background in journalism with excellent English writing skills. He or She must have a proven track record in managing and organizing press conferences and must have extensive media contacts particularly in Quezon City who cover development, health, legislative and government issues.
