Prima-Dent International is a multinational company that provides administrative solutions to insurance companies and sickness funds in the dental and health care markets. We work with our insurance company clients to develop innovative dental and health product solutions. We are currently expanding our operation to Thailand have the need for a Customer Care.
Tasks:
• Inbound and Outbound Calls (Hotline) for dentists and policy holders
• Telephonic recruitment of dentists and ancillary providers for BKK network
• Entry and handling of customer inquiries and updates to the database
• Handling of inbound / outbound mail for Thai market
• Team support and strong assistance to the Country Management
• Other tasks in support of company’s growth and expansion into Thailand
Skills:
• Creative, dynamic and flexible person which takes much pleasure in customer contact and team support
• Very good language skills and fluency in English
• Excellent communication skills
• Preferred experience in customer care and /or commercial sector
• Knowledge MS Office
• Self starter
