College graduate preferably in Education, Psychology, Behavioral or Social Sciences
▪ Atleast 3 years teaching or training experience particularly in character & leadership development
▪ With Post graduate studies in a relevant field an advantage
▪ Actual shipboard experience is preferred
▪ Can think very strategically in relation with Corporate goals and possess people skills
▪ With excellent communication skills in English & Filipino
▪ Computer literate
▪ Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for developing, organizing & effective implementation of the students & cadets behavioral, leadership & non-academic programs.
