Account Executive
Responsibilities:
• Initiates sales process by prospecting, scheduling appointments, making initial presentations, understanding business needs, developing proposals, and closing sales.
• Closes sales by building rapport with potential clients, expounding on the benefits of the products being offered, and service capabilities, overcoming objections, among others.
• Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing additional solutions and services.
• Maintains customer retention by satisfying standards and requirements without prejudicing company policies and procedures.
• Meets or exceeds sales quotas set monthly and yearly.
• Participates in sales activities generated by the company and projects a professional company image with the perspective of expanding the customer base.
• Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive/competitor products and reactions from clients.
• Recommends new solutions and services by evaluating the client needs to be addressed.
• Responsible for keeping commitments in a timely manner and resolving issues promptly.
• Accountable for customer satisfaction and providing high quality service in representing Unison.
• Closely coordinates with the Logistics Department to ensure that deliveries meet customer requirements.
• Closely coordinates with the Service Department to monitor post-sale complaints and provide feedback to the immediate supervisor.
