AGENCY DIRECTOR
The Agency Director will be responsible for leading a professional team and staff to strategically plan for and achieve its goals and mission. Work will entail effective planning, resource mobilization, and managing the day-to-day operations the agency, primarily covering the implementation of social welfare services and programs.
Qualification requirements are as follows:
• Degree in Social Work or related studies, preferably with Masteral degree
• With at least 8 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably along developmental work
• With substantial hands-on experience in managing funds, projects and people
• With experience in networking with similar organizations and in raising funds locally from corporations and Aid agencies
• Should have a high level of knowledge and understanding of financial procedures and local laws
• With very good communication and interpersonal skills
