Associate Software Engineers


You will be directly contributing to the development, delivery and management of technology-based business solutions. Tasks include:

* Coding and testing program modules that meet design specifications
* Maintaining, tuning and repairing applications to keep them performing according to technical and functional specifications
* Preparing test plans according to functional and technical specifications
* Executing and documenting results of tests necessary to ensure that an application or technical environment meets performance requirements
* Executing conversion plans and documenting possible improvements; identifying disruptions in the processes
* Proactively contributing to the technical design process through the analysis of application requirements and the creation of technical design documents
* Facilitating technical design discussions or walkthroughs
* Implementing the technical infrastructure, including networks, platforms and servers, enterprise enabling, application enabling, security and operations management
* Integrating of technical and application components to meet business requirements
* Providing user support by addressing business inquiries and issues

Qualifications

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Engineering or equivalent.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
