Business Development Manager

Qualifications:

* Graduate of Marketing, Commerce or Engineering.

* Five years experience in sales or marketing.

* Must have Sales and Marketing Trainings.

* Articulate in spoken and written English and Filipino.

* Good interpersonal qualities.

* Working knowledge on Word and Excel programs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Provide quality sales services aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and continued and increased patronage.

* Develop opportunities for expansion and growth in the container depot service and related business in the industry.

* Manages customer Accounts Receivable through efficient collection and initiating measures in improving payment behavior of clients.

JOB TASKS:

* Regularly meet existing clients of the Company to discuss specific issues and concerns pertaining to delivery and quality of depot services.

* Discuss with Depot Management the concerns and issues raised by clients with the objective of resolving these matters at the quickest possible time.

* Obtain periodic customer service evaluation, and if necessary, clarify with clients the ratings obtained by the Company.

* Discuss with Depot Management the service ratings of the clients and initiate measures to improve depot performance.

* Keep an update of daily depot operations, and immediately notify clients in case there are problems that will affect the delivery and quality of service to clients.

* Regular coordinates with Sea-Box Accounting Head concerning Accounts Receivable. Sets a collection and ageing target for all clients.

* Initiate measures that will address overdue and non-moving accounts.

* Participate in business development activities of the Shipping Group.

* Recommend measures, activities and programs to improve the delivery and quality of depot service, customer satisfaction and Company image.
