Facilities and Building Administrator
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
* Maintain and monitor supplies
* Coordinate with Corporate Office regarding maintenance of facilities and repairs of assets
* Submit reports on time
* Coordinate and monitor building security
* Perform other Admin tasks as assigned
Requirements:
* Graduate of Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electric Engineering or Business Administration or other related courses
* With at least 1 year experience in doing clerical and administrative work
* Must be highly analytical, organized, proactive, and has a keen eye for details
* Can work with minimum supervision
* With good communication skills in both spoken and written English
* Must be residents of or willing to be assigned in Pasig
