Flash Developers
PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Designs and develops engaging e-Learning courseware and modules in Flash, under the direction of the Digital Technologies Supervisor
- Develops web page layouts, graphics, sound files, video clips, and animations to support the instructional objectives and other requirements of each project
- Develops functional web-based and/or computer-based programs and platforms using HTML, DHTML, ActionScript, and/or JavaScript, as directed by the Digital Technologies Supervisor
- Converts textual contents of the required educational technology product into the appropriate digital delivery form or multimedia format
- Performs other related functions that may be assigned by his/her superior officers or the top management
QUALIFICATION GUIDES
- Holder of at least a degree in BS Information Technology, or other related courses
- Minimum of 1 year in Flash Application Development
- Has a proven ability to design and develop engaging and effective multimedia e-learning deliverables across a range of instructional objectives
- Proficient in multimedia production, animation, and programming in HTML, DHTML, ActionScript 2.0 or 3.0, and JavaScript
- Knowledgeable in using Flash CS3, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other computer applications for multimedia production
- Able to prioritize several project at once, handle large workloads and meet tight deadlines
