Human Resource Manager - Manufacturing


* Over all management of the Human Resource functions of the Company’s manufacturing Business Unit
* Policy making and implementations
* Human Resource Functions includes: Recruitment and hiring, Organizational Development, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, in coordination with the Compensation and Benefits team, Company programs and Employee Service Benefits
* Department budget monitoring
* Human Resource Database Management

REQUIREMENTS:

* Bachelor’s Degree holder in Human Resource or Psychology or any equivalent course
* Master’s Degree is a plus
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Managerial Capacity handling the entire Human Resource Business Unit
* At least 5 years of experience working in any of the following industries in the Generalist Role: Semiconductor, Manufacturing, Multi-national FMCG, Electronics and Electrical company
* Wide exposure in Employee / Labor Relations (including employee benefits and services) and Policy making and implementations
* Wide knowledge in Organizational development and performance management
* Strong organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills
* Willing to work in Sta. Rosa
