WANTED: IT Analyst

IT Analyst



Responsibilities:

* Update BSCO Tickets (ongoing/as needed).
o make updates identified in spreadsheets fromm BSCO review.
o make updates identified in spreadsheets fromm Report team review.
o make updates requested by ticket owners via email.
o close tickets when requested by ticket owner
* Metrics Reports (monthly)
o prepare BSCO month-end report metrics.
o compile and send out IT Department monthly report (instructions below)
* BSCO Meeting Preparation (every two weeks, Monday before BSCO).
o send out agenda - with Laura
o send out list of "new tickets"
* Access Applications Upgrades
* Update time tracking report monthly (instructions below)
* Maintain Oracle Responsibility-Function Matrix
* Audit and Repair Broken Links on MMI-Portal
* Compile and distribute monthly data warehouse reports/pivot-tables.
* (TBD) Additional work inn SharePoint environment for support and development.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
