Job Description

Overall responsibility involves the following:

* Leads project teams and ensures business technology planning process
* Responsible for applications development — new and existing for enterprise initiatives and overall coordination with Regional IT Applications Team;
* Actively takes charge of sourcing and provide decisions relative to outsourcing vs. in-house provisioning of IT services and skills
* Establishes strategic relationships with key IT suppliers and consultants with the approval of Global Director of IT
* Provides enabling technologies that make it easier for customers and suppliers to do business with our enterprise as well as increase revenue and profitability;
* Provides appropriate training for all IT members to ensure productive use of existing and new systems.

In order to succeed in this role, you must fulfill the following qualifications:

* Minimum of ten years experience in IT strategic planning, systems architecture design, integration strategies, systems development and organizational development.
* Experience with BPO, Shared Services or anything alike operation is beneficial
* Effective communication and presentation skill in English
* Ability to work with remote and multi-cultural resources.
* The position required supervisory/management experience and the flexibility to deal with people at a variety of levels, both internally and externally.
* Global travel is necessary to build relationships and provide on-site service as required (30%).
