National Sales Manager
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent. MBA degree is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a managerial capacity in sales and/or marketing preferably in a retailing environment or fast moving consumer goods industry.
• Experience in retail sales and operations or retail merchandising.
• Experience in conceptualizing and planning sales generating initiatives and activities.
• Must know how to develop people through training
• Required language: English, Filipino
• Computer literate and knowledgeable in MS-Excel, Word, Powerpoint
• Candidate must be able to prepare selling proposition, with adept negotiation skills.
