Sales Supervisor
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and track the daily production and over-all operation of sales area (Territory Partners) in a given territory.
• Maintains and strenghtens links with accredited Territory Partners and Installation Teams
• Analyze and build the business of each account
• Responsible for increasing system basic and multi-product penetration; ensures all TPs completely understand sales and system goals
• Report to the Region Sales Manager providing sales and activity reports
• Assist in the formulation of Division's policy e.g. incentive programs and other sales promotions
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
• With excellent computer, communication, interpersonal, negotiation and selling skills
• With sales management and leadership skills; Ability to organize sales activities in a given area
• Skilled in conceptualizing and implementing trade and consumer programs
• At least 2 years of working experience in Sales and in supervising sales representatives and/or distributors, preferably obtained from a reputable consumer goods
• Positive attitude with good sense of humor; a team-player
• Full-Time positions available. Interested candidates must be willing to work in Metro Manila, South Luzon, North Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao
