Qualifications

* 5 years and above experience in software/application development and Analysis
* 3 years and above experience in application design (in web-based application)
* Have implemented at least 3 Full Systems Life Cycle
* Good knowledge in software development methodologies
* Design and development knowledge in Java and Visual Basic
* Knowledgeable with design patterns and technical architecture principles
* Good communication skills, both written and oral
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
* Results-oriented, a self-starter, positive attitude, good work ethics
* University Degree
