Training Officer
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for ensuring the implementation of competency programs for the employees as well as the development, implementation and conduct of training programs.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in education, sociology, psychology or any related field.
* Minimum 3 years experience in training or educational program development in a supervisory or officer position. At least 4 years in training and development.
* Expertise in the principles, training methods, and techniques used in education, group dynamics and human behavior.
* Can plan, organize, and coordinate the execution of training programs.
* Highly computer literate.
* Good in oral and written communication can work with minimum supervision, can work under pressure, creative and good in interpersonal relationships.
* Preferably with experience in module preparation specifically in customer service
* Not more than 35 years old.
