HUMAN RESOURCE HEAD

Qualifications:

**Male or female, not more than 45 years old
**Graduate of any 4 year business course, preferably Human Resource Management, AB/BS psychology, Political Science or any related courses
**Must have at least 5 years work-related experience in fast moving Consumer Goods or Food Industry on which 3 years is in a supervisory level/ capacity
**Knowledge in Competency-Based Appraisal (KRA’s vs KPI’s)
**Exceptional Communication skills both oral and written
**With Leadership qualities
**Ability to timely execute HR programs to address current issues
**Adept on Employees statutory Benefits and its administration
**Sound Application and Administering of disciplinary action and twin requirements for due process and erring employees
**Must be analytical and can perform work under pressure and with minimum supervision
**With good health condition
**Must be a result-driven individual and able to “think outside of the box”
**Posses an extraordinaire people management and inter-relations skills
**Computer Literate (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
**Willing to work in Valenzuela City
