SENIOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT-MICROSOFT TECHNOLOGIES
Responsibilities:
**We are looking for a candidate who can take responsibility for technical, online customer support and work as a liaison between the end-user and software development team.
**Candidate will be helping a customer create and upload custom invoice and email template designs (simple HTML).
**Candidate will be helping a customer import their contacts list (usually just simple Excel CSV formatting).
**Candidate will be helping a customer set up synching between Outlook, Gmail and WORKetc (following simple protocol instructions)
**Candidate will be monitoring the customer support forums and providing the first line of response
**Capturing and sorting.
**Quality assurance testing of new features as they are released.
Requirements:
**Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
**Required skill(s): technical support, Microsoft technologies, technical customer support, HTML, SQL Server, CSS.
**At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
**Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
**Full-Time positions available.
**3+ years providing end-user technical customer support to a USA software provider, to their USA customers.
**3+ years programming experience in Microsoft Technologies (C#, .net, SQL server), CSS and HTML (note - we have zero use open source software like PHP etc).
**Evidence of project management skills to keep track of multiple customer issues from problem through to solution.
**Proven ability to work as a liaison between the development team and the end customer.
**Excellent, A1 written English and evidence of creating simple diagrams.
**Not required, but design and web design skills will be an advantage (ie Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash).
**Very good spoken and written English.
