TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVES
Responsibilities:
**Provides resolution of issues to subscriber units, equipment, products, or services.
**Acts as a liaison to identify, troubleshoot, and solve problems.
**Reviews reported troubles to identify trends and potential problem areas.
Requirements:
**Must have attained at least second year college level or a two (2) year Diploma/Associate course.
**Must have excellent communication skills.
**Must be a Filipino citizen
**Must be willing to work on holidays and graveyard shifts.
**Must be knowledgeable on computer trouble shooting and internet connection.
**High school graduates are encouraged to apply.
**Only full time positions are available.
