PROJECT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
**Assists in managing web design projects in production
**Identifies needed resources for each project
**Maintains excellent customer relationships
**Assists in tracking web project issues and drive their resolution
**Creates project status reports and deliver status updates
**Is responsible for the process of producing project documents including schedules
**Provides support on internal and client projects
Requirements:
**3-5+ years of exceptional customer support, technical support and/or sales success
**Effective in multi-tasking
**Excellent interpersonal, writing and communication skills
**Works with minimum supervision
**Learn computer skills quickly and be very Internet-savvy
**Very organized and able to use Windows XP and Word
