HR ASSOCIATE

Requirements:

**Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology, AB Behavioral Science or its equivalent.
**Required language(s): English, Filipino
**At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the. related field is required for this position.
**Applicants must be willing to work in MAKATI CITY.
**Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
**Male only, 25 to 30 years old
**With at least one year exposure and working experience in Compensation and Benefits; Payroll
**With good communication skills and interpersonal skills
**Proficient in use of MS Office applications
**Exposure to OD is an advantage
