**Male, at least 25 years old
**Graduate of BS Civil Engineering, must be licensed
**With at least 5 years experience and exposure in vertical & horizontal construction
**Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
**Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
**With driving skills
**Experience in Real Estate is an advantage
**Willing to be assigned in Lucena City
