Optimal Targeting is a web consulting company that focuses on Web development and SEO services catering to companies based in the USA.

About the Position:

Optimal Targeting is currently seeeking for a full-time, home-based Writer/Researcher/SEO personnel. Part of the work in this position involves researching for and writing medium to high quality content for various websites and linkbuilding activities.

Working hours are from 9pm to 6am, +8 GMT (Philippine time)

Payment Information:

This position requires a one month PAID trial period starting at a base of $250 - $350 USD per month.

Payments will be made through Paypal or Xoom every 15th and 30th of the month.

Application Requirements:

As this is a full-time, home based position, you are expected to dedicate at least 8 hours of work per day during the work week. A personal computer with high speed internet in a quiet setting is recommended during work hours. Also, daily communication on work progress via email with your project manager is required.

All applicants must submit a resume and writing samples before consideration. An interview (via Skype or Google Talk) is required before hiring.

Job Requirements:

* Superior skills in writing and editing using the English language with familiarity with SEO
* Great communication skills
* Honest individuals who can manage their own time and needs minimal supervision

Preferences:

* Has a university degree preferably studying in English or Journalism
* Speaks English fluently
* Familiarity with Google Applications (Docs, Reader, GTalk, Mail, Calendar, etc)
* Familiarity with Wordpress

Tools/Software Required:

* Computer with Internet Access
* Google Applications (Gmail, Docs, Reader, GTalk, Calendar)
* Microsoft Word or Open Office Word Processing
* VOIP program (Skype, GTalk)
