Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related discipline is required.

Responsibilities
o A Senior Developer within team is responsible for the technical design and technical documentation of projects that have been specified by Program Management in addition to the tasks and responsibilities of a Senior Developer.
o They work with the Development Manager on a project, where the Development Manager is responsible for the delivery of the project as specified and the Architect is responsible for specifying exactly what is to be built to meet the requirements of the Business.
o Responsible for architecting systems that meet all the functional and performance requirements specified by the Functional requirements document.
o Reviews Business Plans and Functional Requirement Documents Involved in Technical Specification review Produce Technical Specification and System Documentation of assigned projects
o Strives to maximize reuse of existing software components developed by OCRP and third parties, and to make new components reusable

Sharepoint Administrators
Qualifications:
o Depth of understanding in administering complex SP administration
o Ability to deploy and Administer Sharepoint Server 2007

o Knowledge of InfoPath, Form Services, KPIs and BDC, Records Management, BI, Search and Excel Services

AX Functional Consultant
The Functional Consultant will be the liaison between Business users and IT developers. Candidate will assist with the implementation, customization and maintenance of the POS program. The Functional Consultant must customize and configure workflow to allow the integration of client/server applications, and test system layout to ensure the system is meeting corporate needs.
Qualifications:
o A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field; two year degree with additional experience will be considered
o Formal training with certification in Dynamics AX is highly desirable
o Preferably with experience as Business Analyst working on ERP systems, or experience participating in a major ERP rollout is desired
o Any Computer Programming background is a plus
o SQL Database knowledge is a plus
